I was driving to Wabasha for a wedding over the weekend when we passed LARK Toys. The toy shop in Kellogg is known as the best in Minnesota, and I can't remember the last time I was there. There are many attractions in Minnesota that I have yet to even visit. Here are the top 5 to add to your bucket list.

  • 1

    Blue Mounds State Park

    Luverne, MN

Bring your camera and prepare to see the beauty in Minnesota, including American Bison roaming the grounds.

  • 2

    Lake Superior & Mississippi Railroad

    Duluth, MN

All aboard! Check out scenic Duluth on this nearly 2 hour train ride.

  • 3

    The Shed

    Warroad, MN

The Shed is an automotive museum with 100 classic cars displayed in this 24,000 square foot building.

  • 4

    Jeffers Petrogylphs

    Comfrey, MN

Where you can discover Minnesota history. According to their website, "amid the prairie grasses are islands of uncovered rock, where American Indian ancestors left carvings — petroglyphs — humans, deer, elk, buffalo, turtles, thunderbirds, atlatls and arrows."

    Indian Mounds Regional Park

    St Paul, MN

"Indian Mounds Regional Park is home to six Native American burial mounds high atop 450 million-year-old limestone and sandstone bluffs overlooking downtown Saint Paul. The mounds serve as a reminder of Minnesota's history for future generations."  - Stpaul.gov
