55th St Bridge Closed This Weekend

The 55th street bridge project in northwest Rochester will affect traffic again this weekend.

 Plans call for concrete work to be done at the intersections on both sides of the bridge through the weekend.  This means traffic won’t be allowed to use the Highway 52 exit and entrance ramps or the bridge.  Detours will be established.

Highway 52 traffic won’t be affected.

The closure is expected to begin around 8 this evening.

 The work is expected to be finished no later than 5:30 Monday morning.
