The Rochester Public Works Department is also reminding motorists that concrete paving on the Mayowood Road/16th Street Southwest improvement project is also scheduled to begin Wednesday.

Officials say the existing one-way westbound lane will remain open during the paving work, but concrete trucks will be periodically stopping in the travel lane and lengthy delays should be expected. They are advising motorists to completely avoid the area on Wednesday.
