Yesterday, an early hint of spring graced Rochester and much of Minnesota. Here in the Med City, we actually tied the record for the highest temperature on March 8, hitting an unofficial high of 68 degrees. Other spots in Minnesota, including Winona and Minneapolis had temperatures reach the 70's. Whenever that first really warm day after "winter" hits, have you noticed all the "warm weather" activities that suddenly return?
