An Austin man has admitted to a felony terroristic threats charge in connection with lengthy standoff in Stewartville last October.

30-year-old Coniah Horton was arrested about five hours after Olmsted County deputies responded to an apartment building on Main Street in Stewartville after a woman reported he had threatened her and her children.

The incident was a major disruption for many Stewartville residents and prompted a lockdown of all of the schools in the community.
