Gary Logan is an assistant principal at a school in Arkansas and he has a wonderful way to greet the kids coming to school in the morning. He sings, he dances, he hugs and he gives out high-fives. And it makes a difference.

His co-workers think he's an inspiration and say his actions help create a 'family' atmosphere at the school. He says he doesn't 'do bad days' and that everyday is a good day. His goal is simple: make people smile!

I think every school should have a Mr. Logan to greet people in the morning. Heck, maybe every workplace should too. Wouldn't the world be a happier place if everyone started their day that way?
