Undated  (KROC AM News) - Residents in northeast Minnesota who planted their gardens early may have to replant.

Temperatures dropped into the mid and upper 20’s in many areas of the Arrowhead region and elsewhere, leaving frost on the ground.

Embarrass led the way with a morning low of 24, Hibbing and International Falls fell to 25 degrees.

Cool weather that moved into the state Thursday will linger through the weekend.

The Rochester area may also have to deal with more rain through Saturday night. And, after highs in the 80’s earlier in the week, daytime temperatures through the weekend are expected to be about 30 degrees cooler.
