Absolutely Best Halloween Costume Ever

This might be the greatest Halloween costume in the history of the universe. I know that statement might sound like hyperbole, but you have to admit, this guy would win just about any Halloween costume contest at any bar in the world.

It's a homemade costume that shows a 'doctor' giving the Heimlich maneuver to his 'patient'. But just who is playing the part of who? I had to watch the video a couple of times to figure it out. It appears that the upper torso of the 'patient' and the lower torso of the 'doctor' belong to an actual person, while the opposite of each is fake.

If a trick-or-treater showed up at my door wearing a costume like this, I would freak out so much that I'd probably start choking. And if that were to happen, I'd hope one of them would actually know how to give me the Heimlich.
