A school district in west-central Minnesota has settled a lawsuit over a student's Facebook post.  The ACLU says the Minnewaska School District has agreed to pay $70,000.  The ACLU filed the lawsuit on behalf of a 15-year-old Riley Stratton, who was given detention for posting negative comments about her teacher on the social media site when she was a 6th grader.  The lawsuit claimed school officials violated her rights by viewing her Facebook and email accounts even though she made the postings on her home computer.
