April Cool Classroom – Paula Yadloski at Wiillow Creek! {Video)

A short drive to Willow Creek ended in tears...good tears. Great tears! 

Jennifer Harden nominated Paula Yadloski at Willow Creek for the Cool Classroom award. She teaches sixth grade science, and from the first moment we walked in, you could feel a warmth and excitement in the room. That's what you feel when you walk into a room with a great teacher.

Here's what Jennifer had to say,

I would like to nominate Paula for the cool classroom. Paula shows compassion for her students. She sets her students up for success. Paula is understanding and helps kids with testing. She ensures that if the student doesn't do well, she lets them retest if needed and take an average score, this gives the students a chance at obtaining a better grade!

This helps to build confidence in this grade as they are just getting used to how middle school works and getting used to the different class periods! Paula reached out to me as a parent and thanked me for having a great daughter. This meant a lot to me and I know my daughter absolutely loves being in her class. In fact, my daughter looks forward to her class each day!

It warms my heart that my daughter has started 6th grade with a teacher she can trust and connect with. I think Paula deserves recognition for being a cool teacher!
