Are The World’s Best Donuts In Minnesota?

I love donuts. There really isn't much more too it. Frankly, I don't think I know anybody who doesn't enough those deep-fried snacks.

After doing some digging, I found that the World's Best Donuts can be found right here in Minnesota. Who would have thought? According to Only In Your State, the World's Best Donuts are located in Grand Marais, MN, which is about 6 hours from Preston.

I know, that is a very long way to travel for some dounts, but Grand Marais is one of the top tourist destinations in the state, so you will not run out of things to do!

Yet, the World's Best Donuts has been a must-see destination for nearly 50 years, as the donut shop opened back in 1969. It is only open seasonally, and closes on October 21st this year. So, if you have an empty weekend and need something to do, make sure you head up World's Best Donuts!

The best part is if it is a beautiful day, outdoor seating is the way to go. The family-owned business has been passed down through five generations, and has made changes to include indoor seating and other amenities. Either way, it is worth checking out!
