Area University Student Missing
Saint Mary's University of Minnesota has reported that one of its students is missing from its Winona campus. According to the school, 21-year-old senior Luke Ringhand was last seen on campus around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, March 21.
Ringhand was last seen driving a gray Cadillac with Minnesota license plates with the tag 749 MBD. Anyone with any information on Ringhand's whereabouts is encouraged to contact Winona law enforcement at 507-457-6302.
