Byron Man Arrested in Prostitution Case
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Byron man was arrested Wednesday as part of an ongoing prostitution-related sting by Rochester police.
Arrested on a felony solicitation charge involving a juvenile was 61-year-old Mark Donovan.
Captain John Sherwin says he had been responding to an online sex-related ad posted by vice officers several days ago. The bogus ad claimed to be from a 26-year-old woman who also indicated a 15-year-old girl was available.
Sherwin says a meeting was set up at a Rochester motel Wednesday and Donovan was arrested when he showed up.
