Car Backs Into Rochester Business
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester business had its schedule interrupted Thursday when a car crashed into its building.
Police say the incident happened around 5:00 PM as the woman was preparing to leave the parking lot outside Exercisabilities located along N. Broadway.
Police say 49-year-old Dawn Mulhern of Fountain had just left the business. She was beginning to pull out of the parking lot when she thought she was going to collide with another vehicle. But instead of hitting the brakes, Mulhern pushed down on the accelerator and her car backed completely inside the building.
She was taken to St. Marys to be checked out. No employees were hurt.
