Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - An elderly Chatfield woman was transported by ambulance to St. Marys Hospital following a crash this afternoon that shut down the northbound lanes of Highway 52 at the I-90 interchange just southeast of Rochester for almost an hour.

The State Patrol says 88-year-old Beverly Jorde was a passenger in a car that was headed north on Highway 52 when it collided with a southbound pickup attempting to turn left onto westbound I-90 around 2:30 pm. Jorde’s injuries were described as non-life threatening.

The drivers of the two vehicles, 90-year-old Gerald Baudoin of Chatfield and 18-year-old Jesse Parrot of Rochester, were not hurt.
