“Check Yourself” – Paula Abdul’s Mammogram Video

Y105 helped make strides against breast cancer last weekend at Mayo Park, during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

And now, Paula Abdul is back with a new jam, and it's all about checking for breast cancer.  Paula teamed up with Avon for a song and video called "Check Yourself", including lyrics like, "You gotta know how to check yourself, just listen to me / Keep-a lookin' for those lumps and bumps, girls, it's just that easy."

Even if Paula isn't at the top of her singing game, she's still got the moves, and it's for a great cause.
