St Paul (KROC AM News) -  Governor Dayton has released the details of his newest bonding bill. The governor and legislature were unable to reach agreement on a package during the 2016 session and will try again this year.

Dayton says the state has available bonding capacity in excess of $3 billion and he is proposing a package that would eat up half that amount.

He says his Jobs Bill proposals include “investments in the public infrastructure, education, health, and safety initiatives necessary to support an economy that works for everyone, everywhere in Minnesota.”

Rochester projects that were proposed by Dayton in his earlier package are included again. The largest is nearly $17  million for work at RCTC.

He is again recommending state funds to reimburse the city for some of its costs to improve the airport customs area. The recommended amount is $2.3 million, less than half of what the city has been seeking. Also included is $1.6 million to help pay for a renovation project at the local National Guard readiness center and $1.5 million for the Olmsted County reading center.

Here is a county breakdown of the projects.
