Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Thursday was the deadline for interested parties to submit proposals to the city of Rochester for the possible future use of the current Senior Center on North Broadway.

The center will relocate when work is completed at its new site and the city is trying to find a future use for the former National Guard armory.

As of late Thursday afternoon, three formal proposals had been submitted.

One is from the Rochester Arts and Cultural Collaborative, another came from the Minnesota Veterans and Emergency Services Museum group and late Thursday the city received a proposal from the Museum of Automotive History.

The City Council will eventually review all of the proposals.
