Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A van driven by a La Crosse man struck a deer on southbound Highway 52 in south Rochester around 6 p.m. Sunday and the animal ended up crashing through the windshield.

The State Patrol says there were three passengers in the van and one was treated for non life threatening injuries. The four are from La Crosse.

The wreck happened near the Highway 52/ South Broadway interchange.  A Rochester man was killed in that same area last month when the motorcycle he was driving hit a deer on Highway 52.
