Diamond Pendant Donated To Salvation Army Is Up For Bids

This stunning diamond heart pendant and matching earrings was donated yesterday to help the Rochester Salvation Army meet a generous kettle challenge.  The donor wishes to remain anonymous, but the story includes taking a negative and turning it into a positive.

This is a novel way to take an inspirational investment and turn it into support for local programs and services!  You can put it under your tree tomorrow if you are the winning bidder!

This is an official Rochester Salvation Army “online/email/social media auction” with the winning bid taking home this beautiful set of fine jewelry to benefit local programs and services.  The winning bid will be included in the challenge match totals!

2.        Add a “PENDANT BID” to the Rochester Salvation Army Facebook page photo and story at www.Facebook.com/RochesterSA by 10:00 p.m. CST tonight, Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015.

Bids after 10:00 p.m. CST will not be accepted.  The Rochester Salvation Army reserves the right to reject all bids that don’t meet a minimum required bid.  The winning bid will be announced Thursday morning and the winner must pay by cash, check or credit card at the main office Community Center at 20 NE 1^st Avenue by 3 p.m. Thursday unless other arrangements are made.  This will not be a tax exempt donation since it includes an exchange of goods for payment. It will, however, do the most good locally and help us continue our mission to meet human needs without discrimination!
