Dodge Center Teen Killed In Traffic Wreck

Pine Island, MN (KROC AM News) - A traffic wreck near Pine Island Friday claimed the life of one Dodge County teenager and sent three others to St Mary’s Hospital.

The wreck happened on a rural gravel road (53,000 block of 275th Ave) north of Dodge County Road 5 around 4:15 p.m.

The State Patrol says a 17 year old female from West Concord was driving the car. It left the road, went into a ditch and rolled. The driver was the only one wearing a seatbelt. Her three passengers were ejected.

The driver and two other females from West Concord - ages 15 and 17 - were taken to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

The teen who was killed has been identified as 18 year old Logan Maas of Dodge Center, who was a senior at Triton High School. No other names have been released yet.
