Ronald McDonald House of Rochester, MN provides a homeaway-from-home to 42 families each and every day, removing the burden of worrying where their family will sleep, shower or eat. Our programs and services foster invaluable support and relationships among fellow guest families facing similar journeys. Families staying at the Ronald McDonald House can truly say to one another “I understand what you’re going through.”

Families are struggling when they come to the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester, MN. The news that their child is critically ill, mixed with medical obligations and changes in family job statuses are daily burdens our families face. Through the generosity of our community and philanthropic support, countless families are able to stay close to one another in a time they need it most, no matter their income or financial situation.

In 2017, the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester, MN served 761 families from around the world. Unfortunately last year alone we turned away 1,079 families who needed our services because when they called, we had no rooms available. For every family served, one was not.
