Irish Fest is the premier summer festival of SE Minnesota over the Labor Day weekend, and is dedicated to sharing and promoting the history and culture of Ireland and our Irish Heritage. Irish Fest 2014 will be held August 29-31 and will be going on Friday 4-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm.
The celebration features big band direct from Ireland, dancing by world champion O'Shea Irish Dance School. Irish dog breeds, Gaelic Games including rugby, hurling, and football demonstrations, Children's activities, whisky tasting for $45 at 7pm August 29, and a culture center.
