Exploding Toilets

The government says some high-pressure toilets sold at Home Depot and Lowe's are being recalled because they could explode.  The Consumer Product Safety Commission says Flushmate is recalling 351,000 units of the Series 503 Flushmate 111 Pressure Assist.  A problem with a part could cause the toilet tank to shatter.
