Fatal Shooting St. Paul

St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) - St. Paul Police are investigating a fatal shooting.

A statement says officers responded to a 911 call early Saturday encountered a chaotic scene inside a home in the city’s Phalen neighborhood where two people had been shot. An adult male was pronounced dead at the scene, while another adult male was transported to Regions Hospital with what appeared to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Around 20 other people were inside the residence when police arrived around 3:30 AM and officials say they were transported by bus to the Police Department headquarters for questioning as possible witnesses. At last report, there had not been any arrests in the case.

It was the third homicide in St. Paul since the start of the year.
