First Look at the Development to Replace Rochester’s American Legion
That’s what she looks like now. The American Legion in Rochester. A little while ago we learned a company wants to buy it, tear it down, and put up a fancy development. Here’s a look at what they’re planning.
We ran a story about this not long ago. A company wanted to build on that land.
A California company is considering developing a downtown area hotel project on the site of the Rochester American Legion Post, near Central Park.
The project calls for a 12-story building that would include parking and hotel rooms.

It looks pretty slick…12 stories! And not far from downtown so, if everyday folk could afford to live there, that would kick butt.
