The hardest part of resolutions is keeping them, right? Wrong. Keeping 'em isn't so bad when you make 'em reasonable and do-able.

If you made some resolutions in January, and now with two weeks left to February, you're off track and feeling like you can't get anything done... here are five ways to get back on track.

1 - Forgive yourself. Stumbling is part of life, and knowing you can start again right after the stumble is powerful.

2 - Look back over your resolutions. See if you can make them more specific and doable. Instead of saying, "I'll work out" try, "I'll do 30-40 minutes of cardio Monday thru Friday. Try listing the steps you need to take to make the resolution happen.

I got these next three from Medifast (they advertise with us) and I couldn't have said it better myself.

3 - Face Your Fears. You can't succeed unless you try.

4 - Purchase the tools to help you succeed. Whether it’s new shoes or a reusable water bottle, these are the necessary things to help make it happen.

5 - Reward yourself. Treat yourself to something that doesn’t contradict your goal.
