Did you know reaching for the right foods during stressful times can help improve your mood?  Sometimes some of us crutch on desserts and starchy foods when the going gets tough, but according to researchers at Harvard University, doing that makes us susceptible to even more stress.  Those comfort foods aren't doing you any favors.

Nutritionists at Harvard recommend these mood-boosting foods:  pumpkin seeds, eggs, dark leafy greens, carrots, celery, flax seed, salmon, oatmeal, brown rice, red peppers, kiwi fruit, tea and dark chocolate.
