Legendary former late night talk show host and comedian Jay Leno is bringing his stand-up comedy show to Rochester this Friday night (September 25th) at 8pm at the Mayo Civic Center.

Leno hosted NBC's Tonight Show from 1992 to 2014. In the fall of 2009, he left the show to host a prime time show called The Jay Leno Show, also on NBC. He returned as host of The Tonight Show in March 2010. Over the years, Leno was usually #1 in the late night talk show ratings ahead of David Letterman, Nightline and later Jimmy Kimmel.

In addition to his 22 years as a late night host, Leno has also been an admired stand-up comedian, best-selling children's author, corporate speaker, TV and movie voice-over artist, car enthusiast and philanthropist. Leno has often been characterized as "the hardest working man in show business."
