Guess Who I Saw at the State Fair?

It's a small world, indeed.  And I gotta say that Mayor Ardell Brede has great taste in music as I caught him at the Leinenkugel Bandshell Friday night before Buckwheat Zydeco took the stage.

Meanwhile, the 2014 State Fair ended last night and it may have been a record-setter.  The final tally will be released later today and it could be an all time high.  The fair set daily attendance records last Tuesday and Saturday.  Through Sunday, attendance was only 125,000 short of the record of 1.79 million set in 2009.
