Just in:  Our Olmsted County kettles have now earned over $284,000 this season with a strong Friday and Saturday response to kettle challenge matches.

The Rochester Salvation Army urgently needs bell ringers to sign up for today and Wednesday remaining shifts to ensure we reach our 2014 goals.  Each unstaffed kettle can be ignored by busy shoppers but a kettle with a bell and a smile earns up to $100 per hour during these final days of ringing.  All kettles cease on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.

Donations accepted during the "4 Days to 40K" kettle challenge match may come from Red Kettle deposits through 5:00 p.m., from online donations at RochesterSA.org through 12/24, and from gifts taken directly to the Rochester Salvation Army Community Center at 20 NE 1st Avenue by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24.  Checks, cash and credit/debit cards can be used.
