Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  The Rochester Police Department is holding a public informational meeting Wednesday to assist parents of Sunset Terrace Elementary School students and others who have concerns about an ongoing sexual abuse investigation.

The meeting was organized last week in response to allegations that a former employee at the school molested a young female student.

The meeting will take place at the Edison Building from 5:00-6:00 PM.

Police Capt John Sherwin says the meeting is to deal with concerns of parents, not to discuss the criminal case.

A criminal complaint has been filed against 29-year-old Nicholas Keller of Stewartville, who resigned in May when police were first notified. The girl says the abuse occurred more than once, including one time in a classroom. The girl turned 9 years old earlier this month.
