Legendary former late night talk show host and stand-up comedian Jay Leno is coming to Rochester in September. Leno will perform at the Mayo Civic Center on Friday, September 25th at 8pm.

Leno hosted NBC's Tonight Show from 1992 to 2014. In the fall of 2009, he left the show to host a prime time show called The Jay Leno Show, also on NBC. He returned as host of The Tonight Show in March 2010. Over the years, Leno was usually #1 in the late night talk show ratings ahead of David Letterman, Nightline and later Jimmy Kimmel.

In addition to his 22 years as a late night host, Leno has also been an admired stand-up comedian, best-selling children's author, corporate speaker, TV and movie voice-over artist, car enthusiast and philanthropist. Leno has often been characterized as "the hardest working man in show business".
