Lake City Clinic Joins Olmsted Medical Center’s Network

Lake City, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester-based Olmsted Medical Center has added a new member to its network of clinics and other health care facilities in southeast Minnesota.

The latest is Lake City Family Physicians. The clinic has already started the transition work to join OMC and it should be wrapped up by the end of the year.

The clinic has been operating in Lake City for 25 years. It is currently staffed by two doctors, Douglas Pflaum, MD, and Thomas Ziebarth, MD as well as two nurses. OMC says the Lake City clinic will continue providing family medicine, obstetrics and women’s health, occupational medicine, as well as in-house lab and diagnostic radiology. Additional specialty services, including orthopedics, will also be available at the clinic. In addition, patients will have access to all of OMC’s specialty care services in Rochester.

With the Lake City addition, OMC will have eleven network members.
