There are more than 50,000 of them around the world!

You may have seen them around town or even have them in your own neighborhood.

Little Free Libraries are tiny, free library set up outside of a home or business that has free books in it.

I have a few in ours and they’re adorable. In fact, since school was dismissed last week, I've seen several kids exploring their insides in search for the next fun adventure in reading.

The concept is to take a book and leave a book, for free, and bring the community together through reading.

There's even a Facebook page dedicated to the program here in Rochester, where they highlight new mini-library designs around the U.S. and also give heads up on mini-library book drives.
