Man Sentenced for Groping Vulnerable Woman

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has been sentenced to two years on probation for a groping incident on a city public bus in May.

76-year-old Dale Hall earlier admitted to a gross misdemeanor charge of criminal sexual conduct for non-consensual sexual contact. He was accused of fondling a vulnerable woman was sitting next to her on a city bus.

The conditions of his probation bar him from contact with vulnerable persons and includes a provision that prohibits him from riding city buses without permission from his probation officer.
