Margarita Madness

Kristina Hesby formed the foundation to honor her father who was an active member of the Rochester community and unfortunately died from acute leukemia when Kristina was a young girl.  MedCity Foundation strives to provide assistance for the non-medical

needs of patients in Rochester battling leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma.  As a former lymphoma patient, I have a special place in my heart for the lovely work these people do.

Coming up tonight, you can take part in one of this fantastic organization's fund raising events!  I'll be there as the emcee again this year and I'd love for you to join me.

Margarita Madness will be held at the Canadian Honker Events Apache starting at 6pm. (VIP admission is at 5pm!)  It's a friendly margarita competition among local bars and restaurants. Sample their version of a perfect 'Marg.  You get to vote for People's Choice Award while our celebrity judges vote on the most unique and best use of this year's featured item: mango.

There will be food, live entertainment, a raffle and heads/tails game too, so bring your checkbook!

Tickets are only $25 (VIPs for $40)
