Mayo Clinic Care Network Has Middle East Affiliate

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Mayo Clinic Care Network has expanded into the Middle East.

Mayo announced today that the American Hospital of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates has joined the network of affiliated healthcare providers. American Hospital Dubai was founded in 1996 with a mission of providing US standards of healthcare in the UAE and surrounding Gulf states. The hospital has 240 beds and over 80 physicians on staff. By joining the Mayo Clinic Care Network, the staff and the patients of the American Hospital of Dubai will have access to Mayo’s resources and expertise.

The Mayo Clinic Care Network now has 35 members across the US, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Singapore and now the Middle East.
