Mornings with James Rabe

James Rabe was born in Detroit, raised in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan, and then, after he graduated high school, moved to Minnesota, which became his new home. James worked down the hall at 106.9 KROC for 16 years, then headed to Fargo, then Idaho, and now back home at Y-105FM, Rochester's Best Variety. He loves to read, cook and spend time with his sister and brother-in-law here in town. He's also very active in the community as a member of the NAMI-Southeastern Minnesota board, on the PR committee for the Gift of Life Transplant House, and frequently in classrooms doing creative writing workshops. He's also the Brand Manager at Y-105FM, corporate speak for "the boss." If you have any comments or concerns, let James know here.

Tracy McCray is a long time radio veteran who started in Rochester on KROC-FM in 1993. Her time on KROC-FM included co-hosting the Early Morning Show with James Rabe from 1997-2000. She also hosted The Tracy McCray Show on KROC-AM from 2000-2009. In addition to Y-105, she is also co-host and producer of Mayo Clinic Radio, which is heard on nearly 90 stations around the world.

This girl likes to work in radio! She and her husband, Joel, round out their family with a couple of 'mini-me' clones.

Sunday Mornings with Jerry Miller

Jerry Miller, aka "JM in the AM" is a native of Zumbrota.  After high school, joined the Navy and spent 4 years having a ball. Started radio career working at the College of William and Mary extension in Norfolk, Virginia. An opening happened at WNOR in Norfolk, was hired part time, and worked weekends. Four years later, finished the Navy requirements and returned home and enrolled in Brown Institute of Broadcasting and Electronics in Minneapolis under the G.I. bill. Graduated there and ended up as the morning man at KWEB Rochester. Later, went to KNXR Rochester and worked weekends and did fill-in announcing there. Then, when Y-105FM went on the air in February of 1993, started working Sunday mornings from 8 am to noon and I'm still here doing 8 am to noon, and enjoying it very much. So, after countless TV spots and voice-overs for radio spots, I'm still here working weekends. One of these days I'll qualify to work regular shifts.

Join me some Sunday morning between 8 am and noon on Y-105FM.....and thanks.
