Missing St. Mary’s University Student Located

Winona, MN (KROC-AM News) - A missing Minnesota college student has been found.

St. Mary’s University in Winona has announced that Luke Ringhand has been located in Chicago and that he is safe.

The school went to the media earlier this week to request the public’s help in finding the senior from Ironton after he left the campus early in the morning on Monday and left a cryptic note on the door to his room. The note and other circumstances caused school officials to become concerned about his welfare.

St. Mary’s University officials did not disclose why Ringhand left school the way he did or what he is doing in Chicago.
