Mustard Tries To “Catch-Up”

Things didn’t go so well for one of the participants of “The Hot Dog Derby” at a recent Kansas City Royals game.  The race featured three kids dressed up as hot dogs with various condiments…ketchup, mustard and relish.   As they were coming around the corner, the kid in the mustard suit had a wardrobe malfunction of sorts.   His pants fell down causing him to fall down as well.   Multiple times.

Despite being helped by one of the Royals’ crew, it was obvious that the mustard hot dog was not going to “catch up” with the others.   While the winning hot dog was able to “relish” the victory, I’m happy to report that the mustard hot dog did end up finishing the race and received a thunderous ovation from the Kansas City crowd!
