Justin Timberlake reaches out to his fans with awesome music...and one fan reaches back across the crowd!

Justin Timberlake is on a roll right now, isn't he? The song of the summer. Ongoing appearances with his bro' Jimmy Fallon.

I've been pretty lucky. I've gotten to meet celebrities like Garth Brooks, George Strait and Blake Shelton. Probably the best experience meeting someone famous was Garth Brooks. He was steaming his hat before going out on stage. He had a three or four inch stack of pictures and asked who our group wanted autographs for. There were a half dozen of us and he gave us a huge grocery bag of merchandise to split up between us and told us if there was something that didn't fit or we didn't like to just swap it out at the merchandise table out front and tell them he said it was okay.

That was a one-in-a-lifetime experience I'll never forget.

Not everybody gets that kind of an opportunity. The closest most people get is standing in a crowd and waiting somebody famous walk by.

Like last Saturday. Justin Timberlake was at a celebrity golf tournament. There was a guy there, standing in the crowd. He reached out to touch Justin.

Apparently there was alcohol involved and the "fan" was obnoxious and unruly. Security had to call police and the fan was arrested.
