St Cloud (KROC AM News) - Two people were killed and a third seriously injured when the vehicle they were in was rear-ended by a semi-truck in St Cloud Saturday.

The wreck happened around 7:30 a.m. while the minivan - which was being operated as a taxi - was stopped for a red light on Highway 10. The driver of the taxi was killed. He has been identified as 66-year-old Thomas Findlay of Sartell. There were two passengers. 22-year-old Emily LeTourneau of Big Lake died at the scene. 24-year-old Marche Price of New Hope was being treated for life-threatening injuries.

The truck was driven by 61-year-old James Cockram of Owatonna. He was not hurt.

The State Patrol continues to investigate the deadly wreck.

State Patrol Lt. Tiffani Nielson told the Minneapolis Star Tribune that Cockram will likely face criminal charges. She told the newspaper there was no evidence that he tried to avoid hitting the other vehicle.
