People Show The Love to Joe ‘The Second Street Waving Guy’

About a week ago, we told you about a GoFundMe page that was set up to help out Joe "The Second Street Waving Guy" for the holidays and people donated thousands in a very short time. The GoFundMe page was set up by photographer Dean Riggot and in 27 hours, Joe's fans had donated more than $5,000.

Shortly after the funds were raised and just in time for Christmas, Dean Riggot and Ambient House Productions presented Joe with the gift.
