Preston, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man described by Rochester police as a perennial window peeker has been sentenced to just under 200 days in jail for failing to file as a predatory offender in Fillmore County. 61-year-old Rickford Munger was also placed on probation for five years for the Fillmore County offense.

He’ll soon be heading back to Rochester, where he is expected to face additional charges stemming from some incidents that led to his arrest in April. At the time, Police Captain John Sherwin reported that a woman called 911 after spotting a strange man outside her bedroom window recording her with his cell phone. The next night, a man spotted Munger trying to peek into the window of a house and was able to detain him until police arrived at the scene.

He has a long history of window peeking activity in the Rochester area and was sentenced to 3 years in prison in 2013 for violating a requirement that he file with local law enforcement agencies as a predatory offender.
