Pine Island Man Facing New Charges in Large Theft Case

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - New criminal charges have been filed against a Pine Island man suspected of stealing a skid loader, a forklift, trailers, tires and other property valued in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Authorities arrested 39-year-old Jason Krukow earlier this year after the stolen property was found in Pine Island and at a rental storage business in Olmsted County.

One of the stolen trailers was from Missouri, another from Iowa. Charges were initially filed in Goodhue County.

The new charges have been filed in Olmsted County Court.

Authorities say during the search of Krukow’s Pine Island property, some methamphetamine and marijuana were also found.
