Tonight and tomorrow are going to be wet. How wet?

It looks like we'll have to wait 'til Tuesday to get any sun...from the National Weather Service

A strong cold front will move across the region and spread showers and scattered thunderstorms into the area Monday afternoon and evening. Some of these storms could produce strong to damaging winds with the highest threat across parts of northeast Iowa into far southwest. On the backside of the cold front, windy conditions can be expected Tuesday with wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph.

Meh...so sunny, but windy on Tuesday. Tomorrow, you can see we'll have some heavy rain and, poor Winonans will be able to look to the west and see a giant arrow!
