Ride Away SMA

Attention motorcycle run and car show fans!  This Saturday 8 a.m. at Peace United Church of Christ (1503 2nd Ave. NE, Rochester), it's the annual Ride Away SMA, a local benefit for the FSMA organization (fsma.org) to find a cure for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. A few facts about Spinal Muscular Atrophy are:

*There is No Cure
*It is the #1 Genetic Killer of Children Under the Age of 2.
*1 in 40 People Carries the Gene That Causes SMA.
*It Can Affect Anyone of Any Age, Race, or Gender.
