Rochester, Be Careful if You Got This Postcard in the Mail

It's very misleading...

Did you get this post card in the mail? We did, and I didn't think anything of it. Then I saw that RPU took to their Twitter page to point out that they weren't behind the postcards. That's where things got confusing. Is this a scam or no?

That left us scratching our heads. Is it a scam, or did the city send them out? That's when City Council Member Nick Campion answered the question on Twitter:

"It is an independent private company offering an insurance program. They did a terrible job declaring that and have intentionally made it look like the City endorses their service, just as I feared they would when I spoke against any such arrangement."
