A Rochester businessman has been sentenced to probation and community work service for his conviction on a half-dozen tax related charges.

59-year-old Wayne Frahm earlier pleading guilty to three felony level charges and three gross misdemeanor counts for failing to file income tax returns and failing to collect and make sales tax payments. In addition to the five years on probation and 100 hours of community work service, Olmsted County Judge Kathy Wallace also ordered Frahm to pay over $38,000 dollars in restitution to cover his delinquent tax bill with the State of Minnesota.
